An emotional and sensitive person by nature, I have always been able to empathize with people at the core level. Studying child psychology as one of the subjects in undergraduate and Human Resources as masters program gave me a much closer understanding of human behavior at psychological and social levels. I started to understand human suffering and hence behavior resulting from it.
Having worked in corporate for some time I moved to be a kindergarten teacher as I have always enjoyed working with children and it has helped me to understand that capturing young talent and channeling their energies in the right direction early in life is very crucial, after all, they are The future. Hence, I have worked closely with kids of all age groups by connecting to them personally and guiding them towards their goals.
